WHAT IS THE PATH?
The Path of Transcendence is a spiritual sanctuary for anyone seeking alignment between body, mind, and spirit. We recognize legal transition and gender-affirming care—including hormones and surgeries—as sacred. Your journey of becoming is holy and protected under the First Amendment.
WHO IS THE PATH FOR?
Anyone. Trans, cis, intersex, nonbinary, queer, questioning. If you are walking a path to wholeness, you are welcome here.
WHAT MAKES IT PROTECTED?
The U.S. Constitution protects sincere religious beliefs. By acknowledging your participation in the PATH, your need for gender-affirming care, legal recognition, and social presentation becomes part of your spiritual practice—and legally protected.
HOW DO I BEGIN?
1. Acknowledge to yourself: “I am walking the Path of Transcendence.”
2. That’s it. You are on the path the moment you choose to walk it.
3. If you wish, share with others: “I walk the Path of Transcendence.”
